Videoslots: the most awarded casino we list
No other brand on this site comes close to this record, and the reason is worth stating: the wins are on the awarding bodies' own pages rather than in anybody's press release.

The most awarded brand here, and a penalty from its own regulator
This is the deepest award record on the site, twelve wins to the brand itself across two bodies, and it belongs to a company that its regulator penalised 650,000 pounds in October 2025 for failings in anti-money-laundering controls and in customer interaction. Both of those sentences are true, the earliest of the wins is dated 2015 and the penalty October 2025, and a site about awards that could print only one of them would be a brochure.
The ordinary objection to a long run at one body is that it may describe the body rather than the brand, since a forum where the members do the choosing (moderators draw the shortlist, the membership votes) will keep choosing names those members know. Eight entries from one forum are not eight independent judgements.
What the Gambling Commission decided on 30 October 2025
The decision is recorded against account 39380, Videoslots Limited of Pietà in Malta, and we found its outcome summarised in six words of the register's own: "Conditions attached to the licence, Financial penalty and Warning". Behind that line sit three separate measures, which are a warning under section 117(1)(a) of the Gambling Act 2005, a financial penalty of 650,000 pounds, and an additional condition attached to the operating licence under section 117(1)(b) of the same Act.
The findings name their provisions and their window. The Commission found breaches of paragraphs 2 and 3 under licence condition 12.1.1, on the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, together with a failure to comply with paragraphs 1 and 4 under code provision 3.4.3 of the social responsibility rules, on "customer interaction", in the period between October 2023 and February 2024, all of which we read at the register on 20 October 2026, word for word.
Line up those dates against the ones in the ledger below, because they interleave. The last of the five "Best Casino" titles is dated 2023, the conduct the Commission examined runs from October of that year into February of the next, and the decision lands in October 2025, so the trophy and the breach are not successive chapters but overlapping ones!
The ledger, body by body
Verified in the award body's own page · Ceremony of 27 May 2026, at the Casino Maltese in Valletta. Shortlisted with HighBet, Novibet, CoolBet, BetHard and Unibet. The body's page spells it "VideoSlots"; the operator's release of 28 May 2026 says "Videoslots, Immense Group's flagship brand", so the award belongs to the brand and not to the parent company. Our register of bodies carries this series as "SiGMA Awards Europe".

Of the twelve wins recorded for the brand itself, eight belong to one player forum and the other four to a trade awards night (judged, not voted). At Casinomeister it took "Best Casino" five times (2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2023) and "Best Gaming Experience" three times (2015, 2016 and 2018), which leaves one membership responsible for two thirds of the page.
Two of those eight entries carry a qualification that belongs beside them, because the 2015 title came out of a shortlist that also held 32Red, Betat, Guts and Mr Green, while the 2018 first place was shared with Trada. A place shared with another casino is still a win, though it is not the sentence a win taken alone would earn.
At the International Gaming Awards the brand was named "Slots Operator of the Year" in 2021 and again in 2022, then "Online Casino Operator of the Year" in 2022 and once more in 2023, which is the whole of its record in the trade press. None of those four could be read on the awarding body's own pages (we looked for each), so every one of them cites a magazine instead, a step down our order of sources.
That substitution is not a complaint about the award; it describes what a reader can retrace, which is the only standard we apply, and the body in question declares its judges and its entries without publishing a method and keeps no winners archive. Casinomeister holds one address for every edition from 2001 to 2025, and its rules state that a casino cannot "pay to be listed or treated differently".
What is not a win, and what went to somebody else
Three further entries are placings rather than victories, and on this site the two never share a word, so the ledger reads runner-up for "Best Casino" in 2018, third in "Players' Choice" that same year, and runner-up for "Best Casino" again in 2021. A high finish in a two-stage player vote (members nominate, then members and reviewers pick ten finalists) is a real result that is still not a trophy.
The 2019 SBC Awards produced two lines that other pages merge into one, because the "Leader of the Year" title in the casino category went to Alexander Stevendahl (the founder of the company, and its chief executive at the time) rather than to a website. In the same year the site itself was highly commended for "Casino Operator of the Year", which is a mention and not a win.
Two awards dated 2024 are credited to this brand across the trade although they belong to its neighbour, since the "rising star" titles given that year by EGR and by the International Gaming Awards went to Mr Vegas (a sister brand of the same company, alongside Mega Riches and Kungaslottet), a line the operator draws and the pages quoting it do not.
Three more claims came off the ledger before we published, and the familiar one about a second consecutive win in 2015 fell to the forum's own index. That index gives the 2014 title to Guts Casino and Club World; a SiGMA "Casino Operator of the Year" for 2021 rests on one affiliate page that neither the body nor the trade press confirms; and two slots titles dated 2016 and 2018 trace back to rows of an encyclopedia table with nothing reachable behind them.
Who runs it, and where the licence sits
Videoslots Limited holds MGA/CRP/258/2014 for videoslots.com and has belonged to the Immense Group AB since December 2024. Its British licence, 039380-R-319311-036, has covered remote casino since 1 November 2014 and real-event betting since December 2020, while bingo was added only on 24 June 2025, and all four of its domain rows showed as "Active" when we read the register.
Four other markets are served from separate sites under separate licences, which is worth knowing before you assume one badge covers everything; the list runs Sweden, Denmark through Blueberry (Denmark) Ltd, Spain through Videoslots Casino PLC, and Ontario, where the provincial list carries this brand and Mr Vegas under one company. An Italian licence is asserted by one encyclopedia entry, nothing we could reach confirms it, and it therefore stays off the card at the top.
The three readings on the card above
On the independent portals the standing is strong and not spotless. Casino Guru placed the brand at nine point three on its "Safety Index" (a weighted score drawn from the terms, the complaint file and the size of the operator) inside the band it calls "Very high" on 20 October 2026, with seventy-one complaints logged against it.
Trustpilot, read the same day, showed four point zero from 2,465 reviews in the band it labels "Great". Casinomeister has kept the site on its accredited list since 2014, and that status is not an award, because it follows a sixty-day probation (the forum's own trial), appears on no winners page, and is taken away by the body that grants it.
Every figure in that paragraph carries a date for a reason, since all three we read eleven months after the Commission's decision, and none of them is a forecast. A portal score describes a day.
What you can settle for yourself
What is left for you is a check of a few minutes, and it answers the question we cannot answer on your behalf, which is whether a record this long still describes the operator behind it. Open the register's page of actions for account 39380, then the forum's archive at one page per year (2001 to 2025, twenty-five addresses), and read the 2023 trophy and the 2025 decision side by side.
The two documents are both primary, both dated, and both about the same company. Any site that shows you one of them and calls it a verdict has decided for you which one you were allowed to see!

Questions
Is Videoslots still winning awards?
Its most recent verified win is the 2023 Best Casino at the forum that has given it five, and nothing since. A record that stops is still a record; it is simply not a claim about this year.
What about the Mr Vegas awards?
They belong to a sister brand of the same company and not to this site, which is a distinction the operator itself makes and several pages quoting it do not.
